Route can’t be calculated

There are several roads which can’t be planned with road bike. Sometimes I can plan such sections with profile touring bike or mtb, but that’s just annoying workaround. An example of such a route is this: https://veloplanner.com/user-routes/129380I don’t see why it shouldn’t route it to the top. The street is asphalt grade 1, so not sure why this logic applies to boot route that way. I’m happy to share other routes if necessary (currently you can’t route up to the Stelvio with road bike profile too)
