Planner ignores some roads.
As You look at picture, planner is ignoring road under the railroad. Even StreetView shows there is asphalt there.

Found the road on OSM. https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/1498980847 access=no, with opening_date 2026-09-30, so like has been under construction. Tagged in source is https://www.tvswietokrzyska.pl/artykul/72332,modernizacja-li… Correct way would be to tag highway=construction and construction=unclassified, which veloplanner then displays properly as road under construction.
Likely access is limited in the underlying OpenStreetMap way. You can update the OSM yourself if it is tagged incorrectly.
