Match photos without GPS coordinates using GPX timestamps

I'm usually cycling with my camera that doesn't have GPS. I noticed that some other services (Komoot) accept photos without GPS coordinates when uploading the GPX file. I assume they use timestamp from EXIF to match it to timestamp from the GPX file in order to add GPS coordinates to the photo. I think it would be great to have this option.

Wäre was. Selbst wenn die Kamera/Smartphone GPS hat, werden die manchmal falsch gespeichert, manchmal auch gar nicht.
