"Failed to save route. Please try again."

When saving an edited route it often (at least 6/10) fails with the error "Failed to save route. Please try again". Trying again never works, it won't save. But altering the route (slightly changing a waypoint, deleting a waypoint or adding a waypoint) seems to fix the problem most of the times after a few tries. I tried around a lot (different countries, different segments, numbers of waypoints, maximum distances, etc.) and can't really see a pattern on what the issue really is. Pretty annoying after spending lots of time putting together a route only having to reload the page and discard everything...
