Add waypoint within route without any change

Right now there is only a option to "inlcude in route" which involves a rerouting of that section depending on the chosen routing profile. It would be nice to simply add a waypoint without any changes to the route. New waypoints are always placed on the route, don't reroute anything and inherit the existing routing options.
